Alan Avenue is unlikely to support the additional vehicles safely that would be generated by the construction traffic. This is particularly noted given two play areas are directly on route to the development entrance, hence the safety of the children using those areas could be compromised. Long term, with only one access road to the new proposed area the safety of current residents will present problems given the additional traffic new homes will generate. As mentioned by other objections, Alan Avenue is not easy to navigate as it is now; let alone with further developments being added.
