1) Local bus services are infrequent and are not timed sufficiently for commuters to nearby towns or for afternoon appointments at Beccles Hospital. Therefore most journeys from this proposed site would be by car.
2) Concern at traffic speeds and poor visibility along this stretch of Loddon Rd, due to overhanging trees.
3) Traffic congestion on Loddon Rd is often an issue due to parking for the village shop. Surrounding residential roads are not suitable for increased through traffic to Norwich.
4) A pavement will be needed along Loddon Rd, east from Waveney Rd. Bus stops should be provided on both sides of Loddon Rd between Waveney Rd and the proposed site.
