SN0488, development of 25 houses is not in keeping with existing single row of houses which would be infilled. The land is clay and during high rainfall ( now a regular event) the large water catchment pours off the slope, flooding the front garden / field (picture attached from yesterdays limited rainfall). Land is currently part of Landscape Protection zone, determined by democratic process. Should remain as such and sites chosen should be brown field site.
