I think Newton Flotman is already an over-subscribed and under-resourced area. The GP surgery and the school are under pressure. The nearest shop for main grocery shopping (other than a corner shop for milk and newspapers) is either the Co-op in Mulbarton or Tesco in Harford. This area is already overstretched. Your reason for not building in Swainsthorpe because it is pretty is, quite honestly, a kick in the posterior to residents of Newton Flotman,
