The identified site sits on a very sharp bend which already affects visibility. The levels are noted as being varied which currently with the site being higher creates run off of surface water into the houses opposite. The current infrastructure does not support new development. The current road speed is a 50mph which creates a number of issues with no pedestrian/cycle pavement through the village. The existing traffic comprises cars, vans and hgv/fuel deliveries which all stop at the corner to allow other traffic to pass
