Your plans state that they will be built north of the B1135, in fact the road has been degraded and is the C497, it already struggles to cope with the traffic on sharp and blind bends
We have no bus service, poor broadband and mobile phone signal and regular fluctuation in water pressure
There are drainage and flooding issues which could potentially be made worse
