It is submitted that shortlisted sites SN0274 REV A and REV B should be transferred from having a status of ‘shortlisted’ to a status of an allocation and this should be an allocation made in addition to the land to the south of GIL 1.
The Flood Risk Assessment has shown that there is an area of land in Risk Zone 1 that can accommodate the development.
The Landscape Impact Assessment has demonstrated that the development of the land can take place without any ‘material’ harm to the landscape.
