Entering-cars can backup to bend. Exiting-difficult due to traffic/visibility.

Car use will increase as local shop closes and health services are full.

Lane floods-converting natural drainage to concrete will augment this.

High-density properties alongside heritage Manor Farm Barns out of character, showing lack of landscape sympathy. Topography results in barns being overlooked.

Long-established wildlife corridor- migratory route for great crested newts/pipistrelle bat roost. Construction could damage biodiversity.

Narrow no-through road primarily used by dog walkers and children.
