Unsuitable access, Redwings were refused visitor centre due to unfit access and roads not suitable for lots of traffic. Area of outstanding natural beauty, we were told building in this area would never be allowed. Drains unable to cope with water, that field floods. I have lived here since 1984 and seen it looking like a lake. Daylight deprivation. The houses opposite would be even more overshadowed than they are now. We have low water pressure, more houses would put further strain on this. Parking for visitor's would cause problems, we already have a lot of roadside parking. Totally unacceptable!
