It is clear to anyone nearby that any more access points on the street road is ridiculous with the current traffic. It’s also very plain to see that drainage is a major problem. Even after the waste of money spent last year. When I bought the property I made sure that no properties would be built in my views because I suffer with stress and it’s brought on when being faced with people. And the view currently calms me. The plot is on a high and will look down into my house and gardens completely violating my privacy.
