Our clients, The Landowners support the proposed allocation SN0373. The assessment requires clarification of the access, and we would confirm that adequate rights of way have been retained through DIT 1 to Rider Haggard Way. We have provided a letter from Badger Building who are the Landowners of DIT 1 demonstrating the delivery of that site and that access over DIT 1 is both available and achievable. I can confirm that our clients, the Landowners of SN0373 are committed to bringing the site forward as quickly as possible and within a 5 year timescale.
