SN4045SL proposal for 12 houses would fail the objective to ensure the scale and density of new housing is well related to the character of the village. Current housing is spread out and the proposed density of housing does not blend into the current environment.
The country side is valued by its residents and supports the rural location of our village and wildlife.
The road is extremely busy with frequent heavy vehicles passing through. This proposal would endanger people crossing the road and increase traffic. This area is set on double bends which is already dangerous to cross.
