Site SN4051 appears to be heavily argued in favour by the planners on the basis of resulting road junction change mitigation. This junction needs alteration, however it has never before received such attention from planners based in Long Stratton and has not previously received the relevant support of NCC Highways? If this site is approved it will be unpopular, when there are other sites within the village boundary which offer the numbers and more importantly the existing infrastructure to support 50+ dwellings.
