Representation Summary:

Disruption caused by construction traffic and increased car usage of Alan Avenue (a very narrow access road) with a children's playground adjacent. Owing to the bends in the road and the speed of the traffic the accident likelihood will be increased especially as the NEW1 site has been approved already. Local services are not coping and this will make things worse. Certainly the approval of this site will lead to a further redefining of the settlement boundary and more land to the west of this site will be rezoned for housing in the future causing more air pollution and noise.
