Furthermore access to this site would only be available from the Hackford Road adjacent to a primary school and a double bend. Increasing traffic joining the Hackford Road next to these is in my opinion irresponsible.
The development is on rural not brownfield land and so would have an adverse impact on wildlife habitat.
