This option is potentially dangerous, opening as it will, directly, on to Hackford Road. It does not infill so much as destroy the open aspect of the site.
This very fast double bend has seen accidents and is clearly likely to see many more with this proposal.
It is a very small parcel of land for so many dwellings inclusive of the access road and footpaths/parking etc.
Light pollution and disruption to the School for at least two years (as a busy, noisy, muddy building site) will be detrimental to children's learning.
