No footpath on High Green at this point and no direct access to Astley Cooper Place with no opportunity for either.
Hazard of congested traffic on High Green.
Regular flooding of road due to poor drainage.
Destruction of trees and mature grassland causing loss of habitat for varieties of wildlife.
Unacceptable noise and disturbance for neighbourhood.
A number of dwellings in Astley Cooper Place will be closely overlooked, suffer considerable loss of privacy and severe curtailment of existing views.
