Support Rejection for Site 0448 – Land west of School Lane. The current allocation Site under Policy Site SP02 within the existing Local Plan cannot deliver on two parts; the lane is too narrow to provide the required footpath; and the current flooding issues are unlikely to be rectified to meet the planning conditions. If this site had been allocated it would have exacerbated the existing dire situation further.
