The site connects to the existing settlement boundary. Reviewing the site assessment, it is proposed that the scale is limited to development of 1-3 dwellings-minimising the impact upon the higher plateau landscape, rural character of the area and the NSBLPZ. Access to be designed in accordance with CCHA. The site is within 1.8km of more than 3 core services, and 3km to school access and employment areas. The site fronts onto two popular existing foothpath and cycle routes- Edith Cavell Pilgrimage Route and Kett's Country Long Distance Path. Please refer to the revised site plan and additional detailed representation.
