I have lived in Astley Cooper Place for 34 years. I believe that the shortlisted site SN2119 should be moved to the rejected site list. The cul-de-sac in Astley Cooper Place is totally unsuitable to cope with through traffic, having been built solely for assess to the properties. The high water table in the area will make drainage difficult for any further development in the locality. I concur with the comments made by the other respondents regarding the environmental impacts of any future buildings in the area.
