Representation Summary:
My wife, Deborah and I have recently moved into Little Lodge Staithe Road which is bordered on two sides by your proposed development. After both working in the NHS for many years we wanted to live in a rural environment and would not have bought ther property if we had known a housing estate was going to built next door to ruin the character of the village. The east of the proposed development has had standing water for months during the winter and the village does not have the infrastructure to support further dwellings. We strongly object to the proposal.
