Representation Summary:
It will set a lovely president for sustainable residential builds for locals, by locals. It is to be in keeping with the area and for animal welfare. It is low impact housing and shows that local councils are listening to the needs of locals. It rejects big builds which add strain on flood plains, ecology and other resources. More low impact housing should be considered in keeping with rural needs.
