Substantial sewer system installed to cope with further housing . Infrastructure to deal with surface water run off .Taking it away from the village and making sure it does not impact on properties in Barford and further down .
A road system to handle further volumes of traffic . Although I do not think this is possible as you cannot change the existing road system . Barford is already used as a short cut . More traffic will only add further hazards to safety .
