Appropriate landscaping to screen development, including to the South. Extension of footpath from Wheel of Fortune pub to the site. Improvements to junction with Reeders Lane to improve visibility. Minimal removal of existing hedgerow and trees. I note FW Properties proposal to provide an overflow car park for the Pub - this would alleviate parking issues on Wheel Road . Consider extending 30mph limit to further along Burgate Lane to slow traffic earlier approaching houses.
