a) The local infrastructure is already straining to cope and cannot support the additional strain from the developments.
b) the increased traffic during and after the build will lead to congestion, road safety issues and or inadequate parking.
c) the development could adversley affect the character and appearance of a rural village landscape.
d) Barford is in a high risk flood area these developments will only increase the already high risk of flooding.
e) It will have a negative impact and disrupt the social fabric and cohesion of the Village community
