There should be a dedicated access road from the main highway. The development should include for the planting of indigenous hedging to delimit the development. Houses should have garaging and a driveway and each property should be fitted with a minimum 5kw solar array.
Consideration should be given to the developer undertaking a tree planting scheme in the area (possibly opposite?) to off set at least 30% of their carbon emissions.
