The piecemeal development of villages through VCHAP does not enable the necessary infrastructure improvements needed - ie doctors surgeries, dentists and schools. Another example of why this is a flawed plan. Meeting the 1200+ target would be better achieved by building a handful of large sites.
The 30 mph limit along Burgate Lane should be increased. Absolute minimal removal of hedgerow and trees. Footpath extended to new development from Wheel of Fortune PH.
