Drainage of the proposed site needs a complete overhaul to direct the water away Northwards.
A 2metre wide footpath would be impossible on Chapel Street or anywhere in Barford.
New Village Hall should be the first stage of development to include an all weather track to access it.
So many requirements would be destroy the character of the village
SNDC to be held responsible financially if flooding occurs anywhere in the village if this goes ahead.
