Lots of off road parking to keep the small roads free of extra cars
Proper drainage and sewage system / upgrade to all houses both old and new in the village
Keeping the trees and hedgerows to support the wildlife
Keeping the village hall close to the play park
Ensuring traffic wont clog up the village
Providing a safe route for children to walk to school due to the increased amount of traffic, walking along the roadside will no longer be safe.
