Whilst strongly objecting to the SN0433 development, the following requirements should be included in the allocation policy:
Number of houses and the size of each dwelling
Alternative access to ensure ancient hedgerows are not tampered with
Enforced 20mph speed restrictions on Wheel Road and 30mph on Reeders Lane with recognition given to it being a 'quiet lane'
Road widening on Wheel Road and other surrounding roads
Consultation with current residences to whom this development will directly impact
