Proposed access from High Green is on a very dangerous bend.
Anglian water pumping station already overwhelmed when we have significant rainfall.
Proposed site is a haven for wildlife, including:- Buzzards, Red Kite, Barn Owls and bats etc.
Distance from main road is prohibitive. The site is half a mile from the school and main road, most residents would use their car rather than walk. Increasing traffic and associated problems.
I am not completely against some development on the site, access needs to be sorted and other concerns given consideration. The number of proposed houses should be reduced significantly.
