In regard to site SN2049SL (Land south of Stocks Hill, Winfarthing) I would like to submit additional information to clarify that the proposed development would be compatible with the existing housing at Holly Farm and that it would not have a detrimental impact on the local landscape. The additional information also shows the vision splay of the existing road as approved in the previous planning application 2006/1903/F, which should hopefully alleviate the concerns raised by Highways, regarding the use of this access.
