I do not believe there to be adequate access to the preferred site in respect of visibility splay across neighbouring properties entrances. Particularly to the north with the potential for the current owner to restrict visibility either temporarily or permanently.
Traffic would increase by 200% via a small throughway which is sandwiched between two other properties entrances/driveways.
Access to the site is not substantial and safe for the increase of traffic from the added 8 properties.
