Representation Summary:
The site in question has poor infrastructure in terms of sewage, water and electricity and no access to fibre broadband, despite the information given on the survey. This year alone we have had numerous power cuts and 3 water supply issues. Flooding is common from surface water. There are no street lights so children walking 5k to and from school on roads with no pathways will be in danger during the winter months. Narrow approach roads and the extra cars this would bring will stretch the area considerably.
