My husband and I feel the local road network is totally unsuitable for 12 further houses. Staithe road is already very busy with cars and holiday traffic going to the river centre plus many tractors and heavy farm machinery. There is no footpath provision in Burgh St Peter and with quite high verges in places it is difficult to safely walk along the local roads. Also there is already a problem with surface water drainage in this area causing gardens to be flooded so further houses would exacerbate this problem. The local infrastructure will not cope with these houses.
