-increased flood risk to existing housing due to already poor drainage (photographic evidence available)
-significant impact on privacy for houses backing on to the development
-loss of wildlife habitats
-huge increase of traffic (construction then residents) through Astley Cooper Place if this was to become the access affecting quality of life for those residents currently living in a cul de sac
-unsold properties including affordable housing at The Mallows suggest demand is not as specified
-increase in traffic (already congested routes at peak times into Norwich) will force traffic through neighbouring villages causing disturbance and pollution
