We strongly support the draft preferred allocation of this site, the development of which has no specific site constraints and is entirely deliverable. The land will be accessed from Alan Avenue through the development of the adjoining allocated site shown as NEW1 which is being developed by FW Properties. A high quality scheme will be progressed for this land comprising a wide range of house types and sizes. The early scheme plan prepared for the site confirms 25 dwellings can be accommodated together with appropriate access and public open space. FW Properties believe that this development is a viable proposition.
