Site SN2119. I think this site should be rejected. I have lived in Astley Cooper Place for 27 years. We have issues with standing water in wet periods. There are extra drains which struggle to cope. If any further development happens this issue could become a lot worse. The close is narrow and is totally unsuitable for extra traffic.
Any access through Astley Cooper Place would result in the destruction of an established wooded area inhabited by numerous wildlife. I feel it is totally inappropriate when there are other much more suitable sites available and should be rejected
