Development should take place in more sustainable locations than Wicklewood
This site, in effect is back gardens of houses/Milestone Lane.
South norfolk is consistent in Wicklewood setting precedents/refusal of back garden development/especially outside the settlement boundary which this is.
These refusals/precedents are a matter of record.
It is not fair/proportionate on a small village/oversubscribed school/land new housing in Wicklewood because South norfolk is trying to meet demand/targets from elsewhere in the District.
