Representation Summary:
SN4045SL, Land south of Hackford Road. Developing this site will have an adverse effect on the look and feel of Wicklewood. Also, given the extreme nature of the road with its dangerous bends before and after, it would be impossible to create a safe entrance and exit from the development.
Additionally the school's playing field, which adjoins this site, had to have land drains recently installed to deal with standing water therefore it is possible there is a drainage problem.
