We do NOT support the preferred site for development.
Access to this site would be via the existing site (of 7 not-yet-built Properties ), increasing traffic flow onto Beccles Road which has already seen an increase after the Blacksmiths Gardens development was completed.
The proposed density, of 15 houses +7 with permission, would create a mini-estate of similar proportions to the new Blacksmiths Gardens (under GNLP) but situated on a site a fraction of the size. The proposed site is on a hill which sits around 3-4 metres above the surrounding homes.
