I object to the development on site SN4024
The local GP surgery is already at capacity as well as the local school.

The damage to the local wild life,
noise and air pollution , the increased traffic on an already busy road and increasing risk of damage to parked cars.

There is a local playground directly on Alan avenue which would also be affected by the avenue being used as a thoroughfare.

Sewage systems for the area are struggling with the current capacity.
