Representation Summary:
I do not think that the villagers will benefit from any further development, especially along the Hackford Road. There is already a development of 9 houses going ahead, which will increase the already over-used road through this village.
Who will benefit? The proposals are in excess of what the perceived needs may be. They will harm the character of the village, and create further devastation to the environment. It will open the floodgates to further unwanted and unnecessary development.
