I find the development is totally wrong as the amount for the allocation is too many and the density is too high for the issues with parking as everyone has 2 cars minimum. It will also look unpleasant due to the density and will spoil the look of the village. Flooding in this area is a real issue and must not be discounted.
Lower the density of the housing as their needs to be better parking allowance.

15 homes on 0.89h is too dense and leaves no room for parking for houses with more than one car
Their needs to be only 8-10 houses at the max

15 houses is too much for the size of the development. Car parking is an issue as well as the lack of facilties

There have been problems with flooding in the area and this has been caused by issues with the nearby pumping station and how the sewage is pumped up through the village. Their is a potential problem with the extra dwellings causing more issues with flooding
Consideration must be given to the huge sewage lorries and the junction not being big enough to use this road

There is no footpath on new road so this is incorrect.
There must be a footpath installed

a footpath is needed as the road is dangerous to walk along side

The main worry is that the footpath does not extend the whole length of New road. Another concern is the make up and entry point to the suggested site.

Their are extra concerns on extra capacity on the sewage now passing along the street and in both directions will cause many issues with this causing the pumping stations to not be able to cope with the extra sewage. The current sewer is at a high level on the street making the flow very insecure and is subject to flooding. the gulley's across the street has natural flow of water along new road which means in time of high rainfall the parishioners gardens flood. the current sewer leaks either from households or land drainage and Anglian water are aware
The sewage system for the whole village needs a full update and is imperative if the new dwellings go ahead to ensure the flooding issue is dealt with before the building on the new site commences.
