Monitoring

A.39. All Local Plan documents are monitored on an annual basis in order to assess the effectiveness of the policies and allocations they contain. The outputs of the monitoring of the currently Local Plan documents are published as part of the Joint Core Strategy for Broadland, Norwich and South Norfolk, Annual Monitoring Report. A Monitoring Framework is included within this document, which indicates how the effectiveness of the Village Clusters Plan will be measured.
