Amend criteria to read:

• To determine the requirement for and deliverability of a school car park within the site, to be agreed in conjunction with the Norfolk County Council (in its role as Highway Authority and Education Authority), the school and the Local Planning Authority, and include land within the development, and contribute proportionately, to deliver the scheme if a deliverable need is demonstrated. Consideration should be given to the design of the car park to ensure that the Grade II listed Pine Tree Cottage (including its setting) is conserved and enhanced;
• TheNorfolk’s Historic Environment Service is Record to be consulted prior to application to determine the need for, and the extent of, any archaeological assessments surveys prior to development; and
