Village Clusters Housing Allocations Plan - Main Modifications document

Amend policy criterion to read:

• Two points of access, the first via the adjoining carried forward 2015 Local Plan allocation (now VC NEW2REV), and the second from another point on Alan Avenue, closer to the junction with Flordon Road;
• Early engagement with Anglian Water to ensure that there is adequate capacity, or capacity can be made available, in the wastewater network.

Amend Policy VC NEW2 as follows:

Policy VC NEW2REV: Land adjacent Alan Avenue

1.3 hectares of land is allocated for housing and associated infrastructure for approximately 30 up to 31 dwellings.
