Insert a new paragraph after 35.10 and add a new Policy Map to reflect the introduction of a settlement limit at Arminghall:

Arminghall, Caistor St Edmund & Bixley

A new Settlement Limit has been introduced at Arminghall, within the parish of Caistor St Edmund and Bixley. The Settlement Limit has been drawn around development along Arminghall Lane, Church Close and Hallback Lane, where there is a direct footway and bus link to Poringland/Framingham Earl and busses to/from Norwich. The Settlement Limit has been drawn tightly around the existing development to preserve the rural character of the settlement whilst enabling limited infill development should the opportunity arise.
