Delete Policy WIC1, supporting text paragraphs 45.5 to 45.10, and site allocation VC WIC1 from the Wicklewood Policy Map.

Amend policy criterion to read:

• Site layout and design to maximise wider views of St Andrews and All Saints Church, whilst also seeking to conserve and enhance the immediate setting of the heritage asset;

Amend Policy VC WIC3 as follows:

Policy VC WIC3REV: Land at Hackford Road

0.7 hectares is allocated for housing for approximately 6 9 dwellings.

Amend criterion to read:

• Appropriate landscaping to the south of the site to minimise its visual impact and to conserve and enhance on St Andrew and All Saints Church and its setting, as well as appropriate boundary treatments along the north and east boundaries of the site to reflect its rural context and edge of settlement location.

Make updates to the following paragraph and the Wicklewood Policy Map to reflect modifications to the settlement limit:

The Settlement Limit has been drawn to include the main built form of the settlement. A small extension to the Settlement Limit has been drawn around the existing residential development to the east of Milestone Lane, adjoining VC WIC2. There is a small break in the Settlement Limit where the central agricultural land is accessed (behind the mushroom farm on Church Lane).
