Amend Policy VC THU1 as follows:

Policy VC THU1: Land north of Blacksmiths Gardens

0.78 ha of land is allocated for at least 12 dwellings.

Amend criterion to read:

• TheNorfolk’s Historic Environment Service isRecord to be consulted prior to application to determine the need for, and the extent of, any archaeological assessmentssurveys prior to development.; and

Make consequential changes to the supporting text.

Amend policy criterion to read:

• The preparation of a site-specific Flood Risk Assessment (FRA) and strategy to inform mitigation measures and the layout/development of the site, which has regard to the issues identified in the Stage 2Level 2 VC Strategic Flood Risk Assessment (including the May 2025 Addendum) and the National Flood Risk Assessment 2 data;
